Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

Order Execution
DVD STORE SPAIN SL undertakes to deliver the order within the following period: 3 to 5 working days.
The availability of products offered by DVD STORE SPAIN SL may vary depending on customer demand. Despite the fact that DVD STORE SPAIN SL updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time.
In case of non-execution due to unavailability, DVD STORE SPAIN SL will proceed as follows: the customer will be notified of the product's lack of stock and the forecasted execution of the order, offering the alternative of waiting or proceeding with a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

The Return
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to DVD STORE SPAIN SL, at the address C/GASCUEÑA 35, 28022 MADRID (MADRID), without undue delay, and in any case within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal from the contract is formalized. The deadline will be considered met if the customer returns the product before the end of the period.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the product.
Payment Refund
The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be made using the same means of payment employed by the customer, provided that it has not been otherwise stipulated.
DVD STORE SPAIN SL will pay the amounts paid by the customer before 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
Return of Defective Product
In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this are not the customer's fault, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing DVD STORE SPAIN SL of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and without any cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.
DVD STORE SPAIN SL undertakes to bear the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one according to the conditions accepted at the time of sale.

Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence in this regard.
