Our return policy is easy, we want you to be 100% satisfied.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return our products, as long as they are not used or damaged and you return it with the original manufacturer's complete packaging.
To do this, contact us at atencioncliente@frikiverso.es indicating your name and order number and send us the product, indicating the order number, before the end of the 14-day period.
The return costs are at your expense. When we receive the product, we will proceed to refund the amount by the same means of payment that you used.
If you receive the product with a defect, broken box or any other defective element, we accept the return and it will be at our expense. We will deliver the same item and collect the defective one or we will refund you if we no longer have any more stock.

The Spainsh law that regulates the Right of Withdrawal of online purchases says in its article 103. i that sound recordings or videos that have been unsealed are exceptions to the right of withdrawal. For this reason we do not accept returns of opened DVDs or Blu-Rays or CDs, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect and that it does not work correctly, in which case we will collect the defective product from you.
