Humarise is a mysterious group of people who plan to annihilate gift holders around the world. They believe in the Doomsday Theory of the gifts, which claims that the gifts are a disease and that being deeply mixed with the passing of generations will lead to the end of human history. Therefore, they place Trigger Bombs all over the world, which cause the gifts to go crazy and collapse. Professional heroes from all over the world and students from the Yuei school who are carrying out their work practices are summoned to form a global selection of heroes with the aim of locating bombs throughout the world. Deku, Bakugo and Todoroki, who are doing internships at the Endeavor Agency, are sent to a country far from Japan called Otheon. There, Deku becomes unintentionally involved in an incident and becomes the most wanted in the country.
