Description

Fred Wilson , an important executive at the Petrox Company, a North American oil company, decides to undertake an expedition to find oil deposits on an unknown island. Paleontologist Jack Prescott stows away on the boat that will take them there. Along the way they rescue an attractive castaway, Dwan, who joins the expedition. When they arrive at the island, they discover that it is the home of a gigantic ape whom the native savages call King Kong and whom they worship as a god, offering him young people as a sacrifice. When the natives see Dwan, with light skin and blonde hair, they believe that he will be the perfect sacrifice to keep Kong happy forever.
