As Naruto tries to overcome the loss of his master by training to become a Sennin, Pain launches a devastating attack on the Leaf Village. After the fraticidal combat between Sasuke and Itachi, Tsunade entrusts Team Seven, including Naruto , with the mission to find Hotaru, wielder of the forbidden jutsu, and bring her back to her village. However, she, with the help of Utakata, wants to fulfill her grandfather's wish: restore the honor of the Tsuchigumo Clan.
